I've been with trading view for three years using a diverse range of instruments and I don't understand how they're not rated 10/5. Here's a few things I want to point out especially:
1. Their subscription packages offer the most diverse range of products. If you simply want the most basic data, they offer it for no fee! If you're more inclined to get a more institutional stream of data from exchanges like the the NYSE, or COMEX, they offer them for the most reasonable of rates! Please ignore all these negative comments about how people were "swindled" with their subscription fees... They're so decent they even allow you to subscribe for one month at a time!
2. Their feeds never drop out. Time and again you hear about brokerages going down, or people unable to access market data. TradingView is certainly the most reliable in this respect.
3. Their technical support is incredible. Just recently they offered another instrument with access to real time data for free, however there was a slight delay. I contacted them, and they replied immediately and forwarded it to their tier 2 technical support team. Within three days they'd rectified the issue. I've never received such prompt assistance, especially in these times when everyone has a trading account and the sites are overwhelmed with enquiries.
TradingView is certainly the most reliable, reasonably priced, and comprehensive site available.

Love the platform, a matter of fact using it for years and enjoying it every time when I see it.
The data is always correct, tools are amazing.
The only thing that I would appreciate if somehow the platform showed me international Top Autors and not local according to the location of my login.
It's amazing, I use widgets on my websites and they are great.

I am unable to stop the monthly charges…

I am unable to stop the monthly charges made to my account, and yet am only using basic .No way to reach support.

There's a good reason TradingView is the second most visited trading site in the world - because they deliver.

Platform and its features are truly great

Love the platform, a matter of fact using it for years and enjoying it every time when I see it.

I have been trying to cancel payments…

I have been trying to cancel payments for a few months and still have not received a response from them. For some reason I can not access the account and billing tab on my account. I go to pricing and the package selected for my profile is the basic that says 0.00 but yet money have been taking out of my account for three months. Very poor Customer support. I would like a refund for not being able to cancel on my own and payments to stop.

horrible traidingview customer service!!!!!

I have been contacting tradingview back to back because I spent money for pro subscription but have not been able to back test passed January 1st 2019 & they have not replied to me at all they ended my subscription early today too i had 2 days left in my subscription I paid for!!!!! and nobody is replying to my support tickets I'm scared to spend any more money with tradingview!!! & also I just paid for another month 10 minutes ago just to see if it was a technical problem but I'm still not able to back test I want my 2 refunds!!!!!!!

Premium account stolen, there is no support to get it back

My premium account is stolen and there is no way to get it back. The thief changed email address and the username without any confirmation from the original email address. This is a huge security issue.
I have my credit card defined in the account.
There is no way to contact support about this. Support is not answering any emails. All I get is an automated reply saying they don't offer support from email, and there is no other way to do it. Reddit page full of people with the same problem, none of them are solved, one guy waiting for 3 months for this. I have the new username the thief changed, I'm waiting for someone from the security/support team to contact me, but nothing.
UPDATE: They contacted me and restored access to my account.

I have a pro account but trading view…

I have a pro account but trading view keeps asking me to upgrade... I thought by upgrading to pro id escape continuous trading view requests. ANNOYING! Once my subscription ends ill find another alternative

Trading view has great charting…but issues with help

Trading view has great charting features and is fairly easy to use and intuitively designed in may respects. I really love this software and use it everyday.
I have had a question about my billing and can't get a straight answer, just cooky cutter responses. This is really frustrating, especially since I was trying to upgrade but couldn't understand the proration. . . since the upgrade counts the days left at the previous rate. Since I have some free months left the upgrade should credit me at the monthly rate for those months but as far as I can see it doesn't. So am I getting double billed for upgrade?
When I asked for an accounting so I could understand what an upgrade would mean---none was provided.
Rather I was told:
"In order to check the details, you should click on the "Upgrade" button. You will see that the unused Pro days will be converted to around 127 Premium days and next time you'll be charged $599 upon the Premium subscription expiration in April 2021."
So I am being billed for the unused days at the new rate without a credit for the remaining days? Looks like double billing and being charged for a whole year on top of that without a monthly subscription option?
If this isn't illegal its just wrong or am I wrong? Please clarify.

Great platform and Back-up service...

Did a demo for a month and waited for the Black Friday Sales. I signed up for Pro and later found that Pro+ will be more efficient. However, wanted to top up the difference but not possible. As it falls on a Thanksgiving day, little did i expect to get support from TV... but to my surprise they responded swiftly and settled within minutes. A big thumbs up to their support team.

I would strongly recommend this platform

We have been using Trading View for 2 years. We have used other trading platforms and are very pleased that with this platform. It is user friendly, on time, real time and easy to navigate. There are other more sophisticated platforms out there, but for most people, this one is the best!
